Your new role involves supporting your team and reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. You will ensure the safe availability of equipment for production, communicate with production to understand issues and try to prevent downtime in advance, and complete checks of equipment to pre-empt issues. When this isn’t possible, you will resolve breakdown issues. The company encourages contributions to improvements, efficiencies, and team culture.
What you’ll need to succeed: You will need to have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mainly mechanical problem-solving, but pneumatics and hydraulics experience would be useful.
