Your new role involves supporting the commercial team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from early stages through to completion. You will work closely with senior surveyors, project managers, and site teams, assisting with cost planning, measurement, procurement, valuations, and reporting. The role includes preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring project costs, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and helping ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements. As you develop, you will gain exposure to exciting building projects, allowing you to build a strong technical foundation and progress within the commercial function.
