Your New Role
As a Saw Operative, you will be responsible for accurately cutting materials to specification, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring materials are prepared efficiently.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 4:45pm - 3:15am, 4-day working week with Fridays off.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment.
- Experience operating saws, cutting equipment, or machinery is desirable.
- Ability to read measurements and work accurately.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
