Your New Company Hays Belfast are currently recruiting a Civils Site Supervisor who will be working with a leading Contractor operating across the utilities and civil engineering sector, delivering complex infrastructure projects with a reputation for quality, safety, and innovation. The business prides itself on strong client relationships, operational excellence, and a commitment to "Right First Time" delivery. With a growing portfolio of projects across the UK and Ireland, this is an exciting time to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Your New Role As Civils Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of a major ducting project that will span 17km of cabling connecting 2 datacentre builds. You will manage multiple crews on-site, ensure work is completed to the highest standards, and maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations. This role will involve regular travel across Ireland, so flexibility is essential.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in supervising civil engineering or utilities projects (ideally ducting / cabling projects).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site crews.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety compliance.
- Ability to oversee quality assurance and ensure project milestones are met.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.
