Your new company is a hugely successful specialist construction company based in Dungannon. This company has been in business for over 40 years and is a market leader in their industry, delivering major projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a document controller. This is a full-time permanent job with hours of work from Monday to Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-2.30, totalling 37 hours a week. The salary for this role is up to £32k, however, it could pay more for the right candidate. They also offer 30 days annual leave, gym membership, a health cash plan, and many other perks.
Your new role as document controller includes:
- Maintain and manage document control systems across live projects
- Register, track, and distribute drawings and project documentation
- Ensure teams are working from the latest approved drawings and revisions
- Coordinate document flow between office teams, site staff, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintain accurate document registers, trackers, and filing systems
- Assist with Design
