Your new role As part of our team, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including: Pursuing overdue payments to ensure prompt collection Overseeing direct debit customers via the direct debit system Performing credit checks and establishing credit limits for new clients Keeping precise records of customer accounts Efficiently resolving invoice and payment disputes What you’ll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you should have proven experience in credit control or a related role.
