Your new role
As Credit Controller, you will report to the Credit Control Manager working within a team of dedicated credit control professionals, who have responsibility for the day-to-day management and co-ordination of cash collections and debt management for the division. You will analyse customer accounts and co-ordinate day-to-day debt management with other members of the credit control team; produce credit control reports for management and identify credit control problems and resolve overdue accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years experience of credit control or working in a busy finance department
- Experience in identifying credit control issues and resolving overdue accounts
- A thorough working knowledge of relevant IT systems
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- A good knowledge of legal procedures in the recovery of debt.
What you'll get in return
You will work on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This role offers hybrid working after an initial training period. You will be offered a competitive salary. This job is a 1-year contract to cover maternity leave.
