Your new company This is a great opportunity to join a well establised successful food manufacturing company based in Portadown.
Due to expansion they are recruiting for a supply chain coordinator.
This is a full time permanet job.
Hours of work are ideally Monday - Friday 8-4.30 however they can be slightly flexible with the starting and finishing times to accommodate.
Salary for this role is circa £33k, and they offer 33 days holidays, healthcare plan and many other benefits.
Your new role As Supply Chain Coordinator duties include: Coordinate customer order processing, ensuring orders are entered accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, liaising with hauliers, suppliers, and third-party warehouse providers.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
Track deliveries and resolve any supply chain disruptions, delays, or customer service issues.
Prepare and manage all relevant documentation, including Proofs of Delivery (PODs), export documentation, stock records, and shipping paperwork.
Support warehouse operations and provide guidance, training, and supervision where required.
Produce and analyse supply chain KPIs and operational reports, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Work collaboratively with production, sales, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Support quality and compliance procedures, including SOP adherence, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and a solutions-focused approach.
