As Production Team Leader, you will take responsibility for leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in embedding a strong health and safety culture while ensuring consistent delivery of quality products that meet customer expectations. Working closely with wider site leadership, you will drive operational performance against key targets, support continuous improvement initiatives and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
