Your new company is a Maintenance Manager opportunity with an incredibly successful local manufacturing firm who offer global reach but a very close local community feel. Your new role involves leading a large team with good structure, where you are instrumental in driving improvement within the maintenance team skill base, equipment reliability, site safety of plant and improvement through CAPEX across the site. Due to continued success, the site has been very successful in having investment approved and this will continue with you at the helm delivering this change. Big investment will take strong leadership and their people are the heart of the operation.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Time served or HND in engineering discipline
- Proven success in a similar role
- Exposure to managing a CMMS
- People leadership success
- Strong technical knowledge for a manufacturing site
