As a Level 6 specialist within the team, you will take on a key role in delivering high-quality service outcomes while supporting operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for managing complex queries, guiding junior team members, and ensuring that processes are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational responsibilities.

  • Handling complex cases or escalations with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Supporting team performance through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing
  • Analysing data and identifying trends to inform service improvements

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

  • A degree in any discipline, OR alternatively, a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience across the areas outlined below:
  • At least 2 years' experience providing advice and guidance to management on the application of policies, procedures, or legislation
  • At least 2 years' experience engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating success in achieving organisational objectives
  • At least 2 years' experience preparing reports and/or formal correspondence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively to achieve results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to identify issues, analyse information, and make sound decisions or recommendations
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer-focused outcomes and building effective working relationships
  • Full current UK driving licence and access to suitable transport (or alternative arrangements that enable you to fulfil the requirements of the role)

You will also be expected to demonstrate capability in key competencies including performance management, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer focus.

Based in Ballymena, £20.72 per hour, temporary post for 6 months, 37 hours per week Monday-Friday.
