Your new firm is a nationally recognised law practice with an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate solicitor with associate or senior associate experience, to join their reputable tier 1 ranked Corporate team in either Bristol, Exeter or Plymouth. They pride themselves on their relationships with their clients and top quality work and are currently looking for an ambitious lawyer to join the team and add value to achieve further great results. Your new role involves working with companies from entrepreneurial start-ups to international organisations, advising on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings.
