Your new company is a successful family-run contractor based in Co. Tyrone specialising in high quality private residential developments and social housing. Since the company's inception over 30 years ago, they have significantly grown & developed their business from a small, family-run firm to a consistent leader in the residential sector, earning a reputation for repeatedly delivering successful & highly sought-after residential developments in attractive locations. With a busy orderbook in 2025 and ongoing projects, the company now require a Senior Site Engineer to join their team.
Your role will be Senior Site Engineer, responsible for all aspects of engineering works on multiple residential developments ranging in value from £3-10m based across Tyrone, Fermanagh, Armagh and Greater Belfast. You will act as the integral support for the Project Management team with duties including setting out, overseeing labour personnel, sub-contractor management and ensuring the smooth delivery of site engineering works on time & to the client's standard. You will also be involved in management duties with a day per week based in office.
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Site or Senior Engineer who is capable of setting out & managing site duties. Due to the nature of the project, you must have previous experience within the residential sector and be familiar with drainage and infrastructure. You should be confident in using a Totalstation / GPS equipment and working independently where required. To be considered successful for this role, you will hold a relevant CSR card or equivalent.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Site Engineer seeking a fresh challenge in the New Year to make your mark with an established house building contractor on a long-term programme of works based locally in NI - no external UK travel required.
