Your new role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, from negotiation to execution. You will ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, and you will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, taking them from inception through to completion and reporting to the Directors.

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction or fit out.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
