Managing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets, they provide tailored property solutions to a broad range of private and institutional clients.
Your New Role As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the proactive management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring assets are managed efficiently and in line with client expectations. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and professional advisers, building strong working relationships while delivering a high standard of property management service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of a range of clients.
- Overseeing day-to-day property management matters, including tenant liaison and lease administration.
- Managing key lease events, including lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gears, and tenant negotiations.
- Coordinating service charge budgets and monitoring expenditure.
- Instructing and liaising with contractors, agents, solicitors, and other professional advisers.
- Conducting regular property inspections and preparing client reports.
- Assisting with budgeting, arrears management, and income collection.
- Identifying opportunities to add value to client assets and enhance occupier satisfaction.
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations.
This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this position, you should have previous experience in commercial property management or a related property discipline and possess a strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters. We are particularly interested in individuals who are confident in managing commercial property portfolios and can independently oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant negotiations. You will also demonstrate:
- A sound understanding of commercial leases and property management principles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
