As part of their continued growth strategy, they are now seeking a talented Claims Litigation Supervisor to join their dynamic Vehicle Hire & Damage team in Newport.

Your new role
You will be joining a forward-thinking litigation team that works with a broad portfolio of insurers and corporates, handling complex credit hire disputes and associated claims. The team is recognised for its strategic insight and data-driven approach to litigation, helping clients shape market behaviours and refine their claims strategies. As Supervisor, you will manage a small team of handlers, oversee technical performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services across a varied caseload.
This role offers the opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop junior colleagues while maintaining your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated credit hire matters. You'll also play a key role in client engagement and business development initiatives.
