My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Change Manager with Active SC Clearance to join a business-critical programme for an end client within the Public Sector ASAP.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven commercial working as a Change Manager within the Public Sector.
  • Active SC Clearance.
  • Proven experience personally owning delivery outputs (named artefacts).
  • The ability to identify affected engineering groups, analyse what will change for them, and outline practical implications.
  • Skilled in producing delivery-aligned adoption plans (readiness, comms, training, support) that enable real behavioural uptake, not just documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, audience-specific messaging, maintain a consistent narrative/brand, and run structured comms campaigns aligned to delivery rhythms.
  • Capable of building relationships across engineering communities, keeping stakeholders informed, involved, and connected throughout delivery.
  • Experience running sessions (briefings, show-and-tells, working groups) and managing feedback loops to support iteration and improvement.
  • Comfortable operating in 3-month cycles and 2-3 week sprint cadences, aligning comms/adoption activity to delivery increments.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage actions, dependencies, SMEs and ensure comms/adoption work progresses on time.
