Your new role involves supporting UK operations as a proactive and detail-driven Business Operations Lead. This varied role combines data analysis, customer service, system support, and process improvement.

  • Act as a key link between internal teams and clients, ensuring systems, reporting, and processes run smoothly while delivering a high level of service.
  • Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues and improve system processes.
  • Maintain and improve workflows and documentation.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and offboarding of existing ones.
  • Attend client meetings and manage follow-up actions on occasion.
  • Assist clients with system use.
  • Analyse sales and operational data.
  • Produce reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Track performance and identify improvements.
  • Process sales reports, purchase orders, and inventory updates.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams and resolve issues.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Support business changes and operational enhancements.

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
  • Confident working with data and reporting (Excel required) essential.
