I am recruiting for a Business Analyst who operates confidently at the intersection of users, product, design, and delivery, and is able to bring clarity to complexity across a product‑led, business‑critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within large, complex / highly federated organisations on digital product or platform-led programmes.
- Experience analysing and supporting delivery of internal‑facing tools or operational systems.
- The ability to deeply analyse end-to-end consultant workflows and operational processes across multiple systems, translating them into clear, usable requirements.
- Expertise in defining user journeys, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and widget-level behaviours aligned to product priorities.
- Can translate complex, multi-system processes into consumable outputs for UX/UI designers, front-end engineers, and integration teams.
- Expertise working with API‑integrated systems, data sources, or platforms.
- Excellent collaboration skills to ensure backlog readiness, scope clarity, and reduced delivery risk.
- The ability to work with CRM, data, and AI teams to ensure requirements are feasible, well-scoped, and integration aware.
- Can support usability testing, iteration, and documentation to ensure the Workspace drives productivity, reduces friction, and fits high-paced operational work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
