Your new company Hays are working with a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy operating across Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management. This organisation is actively seeking to strengthen their Building Surveying team in Belfast, focussing on sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Government & Retail. Due to the ongoing expansion of their team and workload, a position for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager has become available.

This reputable Construction Consultancy seeks a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join their recently established and rapidly growing office in Belfast. This position encompasses all the technical aspects of a Project Management role within the Building Surveying team as well as developing and maintaining the relationships between new and existing clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the Project Management & Contracts Administration of the same schemes & reporting to the Associate Building Surveyor.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent with 5+ years post graduate experience.
  • Understanding of Building Surveying and Project Management within a construction consultancy.
  • MRICS preferred with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience since obtaining Chartered status; exceptional candidates with lesser experience shall be considered.
