Hays are supporting a local public sector organisation hiring a contract Senior Infrastructure Engineer to work on a range of project-based work. Day rate depending on experience and outside IR35. This will likely be for 6 months initially (could extend) and hybrid working out of Bristol. You will need a high level of security clearance to be eligible for the role.
Within the role you will lead on project-based work including scope, design and implementation across:
- Virtualisation replacement
- Storage solution replacement with M365/Azure
You will need technical knowledge across the following stack:
- Virtualisation solutions such as Hyper-V & VMware
- Experience with M365
- Experience of Storage solutions
- Experience of Entra ID/Active Directory
- Experience of Azure cloud services
- Experience of high level and low level design
