Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are working in partnership with an established accounting firm with offices in Co. Armagh/ Co. Tyrone, who are continually growing, and therefore seek a highly motivated, Bookkeeper to join their team, on a part-time, permanent basis. Your new role You will be responsible for Bookkeeping, Payroll and VAT. Preparing accounts for range of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Daily processing of Tax Returns for partnerships, sole traders and individuals Liaising and dealing directly with both clients and HMRC General administrative duties What you’ll need to succeed You will need the following:* The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, so you will be highly personable and confident with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a complex environment, whilst managing a high and diverse workload. * Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities * At least 3 years experience in Bookkeeping and VAT. * 5 GCSE’s grade C or above to include Maths & English or equivalent* Experience working in an office environment in a similar role * Experience using computer accounting packages (Xero) What you’ll get in return This company can offer a competitive salary depending on your experience in the range of £21,000 – £29,000 per annum – depending on Full or Part time hours.
