Your new company Hays are delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established accountancy practice in Belfast, who are seeking a VAT Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the VAT compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of clients.
Your new role Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Review client VAT deliverables
- Advise clients on personal tax matters
- Oversee a small VAT tax team
- Ensure projects are delivered on time
- Build relationships and rapport with new and existing clients
- Ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant or CTA
- Extensive VAT tax experience
- Managerial/ director experience
