Corporate Tax Manager - £45000 - £55000 per annum + Bonus and Benefits Manager / Senior Manager Your new company A highly regarded Belfast Firm are currently seeking a talented new member of their corporate tax team to work within advisory at Manager/Senior Manager level.

An opportunity to develop and grow within the wider management team, this role offers the chance to manage a team, work with a growing client base, and report directly to key stakeholders.

As an ambitious technical thinker, you will provide advice and use your specialist tax acumen to undertake key project work.

Manage the successful delivery of business tax advisory services for tax advisory projects ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.

A key expectation will be well project managed service with high quality deliverables that demonstrates that value has been provided to the client Build relationships within the firm to support the identification of opportunities and provide deep specialist assistance to clients.

A significant contribution to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and targeting / building relationships in the business community to win projects on new clients.

Responsible for providing coaching and support to more junior members of the team to support them on client and project work and through personal development What you'll need to succeed You will have strong expertise in corporate tax and a background in working and developing relationships.

CTA qualified, or qualified through significant experience, you have a developed knowledge of tax legislation, compliance, and technical issues, as well as the capacity to clearly articulate this to colleagues within other departments.

A team player, with staff management experience, excellent communication skills, commercial aptitude, and problem solving ability, you will be able to manage a varied workload whilst mentoring others to achieve their goals.
