Your new company Hays is partnering with a large public sector organisation in Belfast to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a delivery-focused recruitment project.

Your new role involves:

  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment from job design through to onboarding.
  • Redesigning job descriptions and attraction messaging to improve response rates.
  • Advising hiring managers on selection methods, assessment formats, and best practice.
  • Developing creative sourcing approaches to engage passive technical talent.
  • Supporting recruitment events and awareness activity.
  • Ensuring recruitment activity aligns with legislation, governance, and internal processes.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven in-house Talent Acquisition experience, with strong HR grounding.
  • Confidence advising on recruitment legislation and best practice.
  • Comfortable operating as a standalone TA specialist in a campus-led environment.

What you'll get in return:

  • Fixed-term contract of at least 6 months.
