You will be joining a well-established and highly reputable main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Northern Ireland. The company has a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality residential and social housing projects, with a reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and long-term client relationships. Due to the award of a new-build scheme in Belfast, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their delivery team.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a new-build social housing development from site set-up through to completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage programme and quality, ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards, and work closely with the project team to deliver the scheme on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and clear communication on site.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience managing new-build residential or social housing projects as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager. A strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and NI Building Regulations is essential. You will hold valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications and demonstrate the ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
