Your new company is a leading Northern Ireland construction contractor seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join its project team on the delivery of a prestigious healthcare development in Belfast. This flagship project consists of a reinforced concrete (RC) framed, multi-storey, two-block healthcare complex and offers the opportunity to work on a significant and technically challenging scheme alongside an experienced project team. Your new role as Site Engineer will involve playing a key role in the successful delivery of this large-scale healthcare project. You will be responsible for setting out and surveying works, ensuring construction activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards. Working closely with the site management team, you will assist with the coordination of subcontractors, monitor progress on site, maintain accurate records and support the day-to-day engineering requirements of the project. You will also contribute to health and safety compliance and help ensure programme milestones are achieved throughout the construction phase.

What you'll need to succeed: To be considered for this role, you will hold a Degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of two years' experience within a site engineering or construction environment. You will possess all relevant site certifications/cards and demonstrate strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience working on large-scale commercial, healthcare or RC frame projects would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be capable of working effectively as part of a project team and have the drive and commitment required to support the delivery of a high-profile construction project.
