Continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team based in Belfast, with occasional travel to project sites across the UK.
Your new role
You will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from early cost planning through to final account. This includes leading procurement activities, preparing and managing contract documentation, overseeing valuations, monitoring project costs and ensuring robust financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with operational teams to assess progress, manage risk and maintain strong commercial control, while also building effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and design partners. The role requires a proactive approach, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different locations.
