With a growing portfolio of high-profile projects, their Belfast office is expanding and seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. Your new role You’ll be an experienced Architectural Technologist with a proven track record in delivering complex projects through technical stages. Strong proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools is essential, alongside a depth of understanding of UK (and RoI ideally but not essentially) building regulations and healthcare design standards. You’ll demonstrate excellent technical detailing skills, the ability to produce accurate, coordinated information, and confidence in managing statutory approvals. Experience in sustainable design and decarbonisation principles will set you apart, as will strong communication and organisational skills to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and contractors along with colleagues. A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior colleagues are key, coupled with a proactive approach to problem solving and quality assurance.
What you’ll need to succeed You’ll be an experienced Architectural Technologist, ideally CIAT chartered, with 5 years experience of working in a fast-paced studio environment. You should have strong Revit & AutoCAD software skills, and have ideally worked on Healthcare projects in the past. You’ll possess strong design and technical skills, with the ability to work and communicate clearly and effectively.
