Your new company is a well-established M&E contractor with a strong track record delivering projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors throughout the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of projects, they are now seeking to appoint a Revit / BIM Coordinator to support their expanding Pre-construction team.
Your new role involves working closely with both pre-construction and delivery teams, playing a key role in ensuring designs are accurate, coordinated, and delivered efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Producing and managing Revit models and CAD drawings for MEP systems
- Carrying out 3D MEP coordination using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Fabrication
- Supporting BIM implementation and digital construction processes across projects
- Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance
- Attending and contributing to design and coordination meetings
- Identifying and resolving clashes and spatial coordination issues
- Preparing documentation for coordination workshops and design reviews
- Maintaining and managing digital project documentation
- Supporting ongoing BIM strategy and innovation initiatives
- Issuing and tracking drawings via project management platforms (e.g. Procore)
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in an MEP / Building Services environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks & Fabrication for MEP
- Good understanding of BIM and MEP coordination
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team
Desirable qualifications include:
- Qualification in Building Services or related field
- BIM certification or knowledge of ISO 19650
