Your new company Our client is a large, well-established public sector organisation with an extensive property portfolio across Northern Ireland. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Compliance Officer to join their Property Maintenance Department, supporting a range of services including Building Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Maintenance and Facilities Management. Your new role The Contract Compliance Officer will play a key role in supporting the effective administration, monitoring and performance management of maintenance contracts across the organisation's property responsibilities will include: *Managing and maintaining the Maintenance Spend Tracker using Power BI. *Reviewing contractor invoices and administering invoice tracking processes. *Coordinating monthly contractor review meetings to assess performance against agreed KPIs. *Supporting contract administration activities, including monitoring insurance renewals, contract documentation and compliance requirements. *Reviewing blanket orders and managing associated administration with contractors and suppliers. *Undertaking monthly reviews of capital and maintenance works through Power BI reporting. *Updating and managing maintenance activities within the Concept system, including scheduling, authorising, issuing and closing planned maintenance tasks. *Compiling contract performance reports and KPIs for the Management Team. *Supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of the Concept system alongside Maintenance and Asset Management teams. *Assisting departments with information management, data collection and administrative support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective management of maintenance operations while supporting continuous improvement and service delivery. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be a highly organised and analytical professional with experience in contract administration, compliance or maintenance support environments. Experience in contract administration, compliance, facilities management or property maintenance support. *Strong analytical and reporting skills, preferably with experience using Power BI. *Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders and contractor-related documentation. *Confidence working with databases, management systems and Microsoft Office applications. *Experience within property maintenance, engineering, facilities management or construction-related environments would be advantageous.
