Your new role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality to the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, oversee site operations and act as the key link between the site workforce and project responsibilities will include: Coordinating and supervising subcontractors across multiple trades. Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
Conducting daily briefings, inspections and site checks. Liaising with clients, warranty providers, building control and other external stakeholders. Providing regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager. Supporting short-term planning and resource coordination to maintain programme delivery. A strong trade background such as Joinery, Bricklaying, Plumbing or a similar construction discipline. Previous experience in a Site Manager, Foreman or supervisory position within the construction sector.
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site activities effectively. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and quality control processes. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project delivery. Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards. SMSTS or SSSTS certification. Residential construction project experience.
