Your new role As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects within a wider programme framework. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing key stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle. You will drive programme planning and execution, monitor performance against key milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues. The role will involve ensuring governance structures are adhered to, maintaining clear communication across all levels, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across programme delivery. You will also play a key role in resource planning, budget oversight, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a Programme/ Supply Chain Manager or Senior Project Manager role
- Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stream programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, resources and timelines effectively
- Experience implementing governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable)
