Your new company Hays are working exclusively with a growing, engineering-led solutions business supporting manufacturers across Northern Ireland. This is an exciting time for the company as they are in the development stage of an innovation digital platform and the product marketing manager will play a central role in its launch.
Your new role As Product Marketing Manager, you will own day-to-day marketing activity while shaping the go-to-market approach for a new SaaS-style product. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan campaigns, create strong B2B content, and keep brand presence consistent across channels.
- Build and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns and content calendars.
- Own and protect brand messaging across all channels.
- Grow an active LinkedIn presence and community.
- Create content for LinkedIn, the website, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Improve website performance through SEO best practice.
- Track and report performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing database growth.
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience marketing SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-led solutions.
- Strong planning skills and evidence of delivering campaigns end-to-end.
- Experience managing LinkedIn (Sales Navigator experience is a plus).
- Solid grounding in SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience with email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar).
- Paid advertising experience (Google Ads and or social ads).
What you'll get in return:
- Salary of £35,000 to £40,000.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
- Working hours are typically Mon to Fri, 08:00 to 16:30, with flexibility considered.
- The chance to take real ownership of brand and content, and help bring a new digital product to market.
