Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are working exclusively with Early Years - the largest organisation in Northern Ireland working with and for young children. They promote high quality childcare for children and their families. They provide information and training for parents, childcare providers, employers and local authorities.
Your new role Working as a Payroll Officer, You will be responsible for processing the salary service, ensuring that payroll records are maintained and that payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. You will also support the Head of Finance with processing employee payroll.
What you'll need to succeed You will be educated to GCSE level with a minimum of 5 at grade C or above (including English and Maths or equivalent), previous experience of working in end to end payroll, proficient in Excel and payroll systems, be organised with good attention to detail and the ability to solve problems. You will be a good communicator, be able to work independently or as part of a team and manage payroll related queries with ease. Experience with SAGE 50 Payroll and experience within voluntary sector would be an advantage.
