This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to play a key role in supporting financial operations within a dynamic and values-led environment. You'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, contributing to financial reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your new role:
- Support the Finance Manager in delivering monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple cost centres
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and reconciliations
- Provide support during internal and external audit processes
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial controls and procedures
- Assist in driving improvements within finance systems, including implementation projects
- Deliver financial training and guidance to internal stakeholders where required
- Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements
- Collaborate across the wider operational teams to support organisational objectives
What you'll need to succeed:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Proven experience producing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong experience working with multi-cost centre accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present data effectively
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage a varied workload independently
