Your new company Hays are partnering with a well-established organisation operating across the North West, with offices in both Derry and Donegal, to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for a 3-month temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy HR function and provide essential administrative support across a range of people-related activities. Your new role As HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring employee records and HR processes are maintained accurately and responsibilities will include: Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. Processing leaver administration and updating employee files. Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and managing candidate correspondence. Recording and monitoring annual leave, sickness absence and other employee data. Assisting with payroll administration and processing employee changes. Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Supporting training administration and maintaining training records. Producing HR reports and ensuring documentation is maintained in line with GDPR and company policies. Previous experience in an HR Administration, Personnel Administration or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous but is not essential What you'll get in return Competitive hourly rate.
