Your new role involves acting as the first point of contact for individuals accessing the service. This is a varied and rewarding role combining reception duties, administration and records management. You will handle client enquiries, process registrations, maintain accurate records and support the wider administrative function.
Key responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for individuals, both in person and by telephone
- Respond to and resolve queries professionally and sensitively
- Provide guidance and support, including checking documentation
- Accurately record messages and refer queries where appropriate
- Process client consultation forms and incoming documentation in line with procedures
- Draft correspondence to clients and third parties
- Provide administrative support to the wider service
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Record all client interactions in line with organisational policies
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity at all times
- Collate and present information as requested
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
