Your new company Hays are partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit a Group Procurement Category Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving procurement strategy, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives across the business.

Your new role You will be responsible for developing and delivering category strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve value.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead sourcing projects, monitor market trends, manage supplier risk, and support sustainability objectives.

You will also provide support and guidance to a Procurement Graduate.
