This organisation plays a vital role within the healthcare and education sector and is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership during a busy is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished administrator or executive assistant to gain experience supporting senior executives within a professional and fast-paced environment. Your new role As Executive Assistant, you will provide proactive and comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the executive leadership team. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive duties will include: Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments. Acting as a first point of contact for senior stakeholders and partner organisations. Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing papers. Researching, compiling and presenting information to support decision-making. Organising and coordinating senior management meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking. Handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Supporting governance and compliance activities, including documentation and reporting. Maintaining accurate records, databases and document management systems. Coordinating travel arrangements, expenses and leave records. Building effective working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate: A minimum of 18 months' relevant administrative experience supported by the required qualifications, or at least 3 years' relevant administrative experience within an office environment. Experience preparing correspondence, maintaining systems and databases, and communicating with stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly. A full UK driving licence and access to transport. Desirable experience includes: Coordinating events. Minute taking and committee support. Financial administration, including processing payments and invoices. What you'll get in return Β£14.06 per hour. Full-time hours, 37.5 hours per week.
