Your new company A well-established charitable organisation is seeking a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation process and a positive customer experience from day one.
Your new role As Customer Onboarding Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding journey.
You will coordinate onboarding activities, gather and validate customer information, maintain accurate records across multiple systems and ensure all implementation tasks are completed within agreed responsibilities will include: Coordinating the onboarding and implementation of new customers.
Gathering, verifying and maintaining customer and billing information.
Managing customer records across a range of systems and databases.
Monitoring onboarding progress and escalating any risks or delays.
Supporting customer communications and onboarding documentation.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customers are fully set up and operational.
Preparing onboarding summaries and facilitating a smooth handover to Account Managers.
Identifying opportunities to improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 1 year's experience within an administrative, customer service, operational or professional environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
The ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
