Your new role
As Customer Account Executive, you will join the Customer Services team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. You will act as the main point of contact between customers and the business, ensuring orders, specifications and documentation are processed accurately. Responsibilities will include:
- Filing and maintaining product specifications and job bags
- Raising internal product specifications for manufacturing
- Processing purchase orders and creating internal job bags for production
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal departments
- Ordering tooling and printing plates as required
- Ensuring all documentation and information is accurate and up to date
This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment with a strong customer and administrative focus.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Experience working in a customer service, account support or administrative role
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative
