Your new role involves taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and commercial teams, you will provide strategic leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality. You will be responsible for developing project delivery strategies, overseeing programme performance, managing risk and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. A key aspect of the role will be supporting and developing project teams while driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
