Your new role Developing strong relationships across finance, commercial and operational functions.
Providing financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making.
Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
Challenging and interpreting financial and operational data to drive value.
Enhancing financial reporting and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Preparing product costings for existing and new product ranges.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processes.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
Working collaboratively within a flexible and supportive finance team environment.
What you'll need to succeed Fully qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAI or equivalent.
Previous experience in a commercial finance, finance business partnering or management accounting role is preferred.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Excellent analytical, financial modelling and data analysis skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
