Are you an experienced Change Manager who has delivered large-scale business change across a complex organisation? This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a major regional digital transformation programme, supporting the implementation of a new integrated cloud-based system across a large, multi-site public sector environment. The programme will transform core business services across areas such as HR, finance, procurement, logistics, pay and travel management. It is a highly visible piece of work with significant organisational impact, requiring someone who can bring structure, confidence and momentum to complex change.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, programme teams, operational leads and wider business users to support adoption, readiness and successful transition to the new system.

The role:

  • As Change Manager, you will take the lead on planning, coordinating and delivering business change activity across a major transformation programme.
  • You will be responsible for developing change plans, supporting stakeholder engagement, managing readiness activity and helping teams understand and adopt new ways of working.

This role would suit someone who is confident operating at middle management level or above, with strong experience across business change, stakeholder management, project delivery, workshops, training and organisational readiness.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and delivering large-scale business change plans to support major organisational transformation.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to build engagement, readiness and adoption.
  • Supporting the transition to a new cloud-based enterprise system.
  • Mapping change impacts across people, process and technology.
  • Running focus groups, workshops and training sessions to support organisational change.
  • Identifying risks, resistance points and practical ways to support successful adoption.
  • Working closely with programme leads, operational teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Tracking progress, lessons learned and measurable change outcomes.
  • Supporting communication, engagement and governance activity throughout the programme.

What you'll need:

To be considered, you should be able to demonstrate either:

  • A degree or relevant professional qualification, plus at least 3 years' experience in a business change role at middle management level or above.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a change management role at middle management level or above.

You'll also need experience in:

  • Developing and delivering large-scale change plans.
  • Working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management.
  • Running focus groups, workshops or training sessions.
  • Supporting organisational readiness during major change.

Why this role?

This is a chance to be part of a genuinely meaningful transformation programme with regional impact. You'll be joining at a key stage of delivery, where your ability to bring people on the journey, reduce resistance and support adoption will make a real difference.
