Renowned for delivering innovative and technically accomplished projects, the practice has built a strong reputation across a variety of sectors and continues to secure exciting new commissions. Due to ongoing growth within their Belfast studio, they are now seeking an experienced Architect to join their team.
Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect looking to take on a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative studio environment. You will be involved in projects from initial concept and planning stages through to technical delivery and completion, working closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality design and technical information, coordinating project teams, attending client meetings and contributing to the successful delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects while working alongside experienced senior professionals who are committed to supporting career development and progression.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you should be a qualified and registered Architect with a strong track record gained within a UK or Irish architectural practice. You will have experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages and demonstrate a strong understanding of both design and technical aspects of architectural delivery. Proficiency in Revit is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and colleagues. A sound knowledge of current Building Regulations and construction methodologies will also be important, as will a proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
