n A leading organisation in the manufacturing and engineering sector. \n My client is seeking an ERP Change Manager on a 2-year FTC to lead the change management workstream across an ERP implementation. You will develop and deliver the change strategy, helping operational teams move from long-established manual and paper-based processes to standardised, digital and ERP-led ways of working.
