Your New Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement.

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience while ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and compliantly.

Duties will include coordinating and conducting property viewings, arranging valuations, preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation, maintaining property listings, managing applicant enquiries, and supporting the wider Property Management team with day-to-day administration.

You will also build relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders while helping to drive business growth and maintain the company's excellent reputation.

What You'll Need To Succeed To be considered for this position, you should have previous experience within a lettings, estate agency, or property environment and possess a strong understanding of the lettings process and associated will also demonstrate: Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.

Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Experience conducting property viewings and liaising directly with landlords and tenants would be highly advantageous.
