Your new company is based in an industrial estate in Co Down, Northern Ireland, and operates as a leading specialist in the design, manufacture, and delivery of prefabricated solutions. Its facilities support a broad portfolio of engineered systems serving clients across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.

Your new role involves supporting and enhancing assembly-based manufacturing operations. This position focuses on increasing efficiency, improving product quality, minimising waste, and assisting with new product introductions in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field and/or minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an assembly-based manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in reading and interrogating engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
