Your new role: As HR Advisor, you will provide high-quality, practical HR guidance to senior leaders and line managers across a broad generalist remit. You will take ownership of employee relations casework, support recruitment and selection activity, advise on policy and procedure, and contribute to HR projects that strengthen consistency, capability and outcomes across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders and representative bodies, you will help ensure decisions are fair, compliant and aligned with best practice and organisational standards.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience advising managers on a range of HR matters, including employee relations and case management.
  • Experience supporting or leading recruitment and selection processes in a structured environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, HR policy and procedural best practice.
  • CIPD membership at Associate or Chartered level, or working towards this level of professional accreditation.
  • A confident, credible communication style, with the ability to influence, coach and build trust with stakeholders.
  • A full, current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or equivalent transport to meet the requirements of the role.

This is a 6 month temporary role paying an hourly rate of £20.29 (£39,152 per annum).
